PATTY CAKES

Ingredients: 3 tablespoon butter  cup castor sugar,1 egg,teaspoon vanilla, 1cup self-raising flour, pinch salt,  cup milk.

Steps:

·        Beat butter and sugar to cream

·        Add lightly beaten egg and vanilla beat well

·        Sift flour and salt together

·        Fold in dry ingredients with milk and mix well

·        Drop heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into greased-patty tins

·        Bake in an oven for ten to fifteen minutes

·        Coll on wire rack.
